When your content creates an emotional reaction within your audience, it’s much more likely to generate engagement on positive results for you as a creator. Here is exactly how to do that and make your audience feel something with your TikTok videos.

The best type of content makes people feel something. It forges an emotional connection with your audience. And this is the way that TikTok is going. Value in your content is not enough anymore. It has to create some kind of connection. A lot of people talk about this, nobody tells you how to do it. I'm going to tell you how to do it. And I'm saying this as a TikTok co2 mentor is over three thousand creators in my TikTok growth community. I have over 14 years experience in content on social media growth. As a professional, these are things I know to be true about content. If content creates some kind of emotional connection, that releases dopamine. It doesn't matter whether it's positive connection, negative connection, makes you angry, makes you happy. It all stimulates the brain in the same way. Here's how to do that. The first way is by storytelling in your content. So a lot of people do videos where they're giving tips and advice, but they're just saying like, here are things that you should do. Wave your story into that. Why are you talking about this? Why does this matter to you? What are you passionate about when it comes to this topic? People remember stories more than they remember facts. So if you're delivering facts and delivering information, do it in a storytelling way. The next way is to be really specific and give examples that people can see themselves reflected in. So if you were doing a video on like three tips for anxiety, that is way too broad. That's not going to connect with anybody. Make it much more specific. If you're somebody who clams up when you go to parties and feel like you cannot talk to anybody and you just want to run away, I've got tips that can really help you in those situations. And the next way is make your content feel intimate. Talk to people like you're on a FaceTime. Have a conversation with people. Film in setups like this. There's no big production. Make it feel like a one on one. That works best on TikTok. Talk to one person with your content whenever you're sitting dying to plan a video or record a video. Imagine who is at the end of the screen. Who are they? What do they want in this moment? And is your content giving that to them? That's going to make your content feel way more connected. And this is all stuff that you can learn how to do and the stuff that I teach you how to do in the content club, which is my TikTok course and community. Over half the spaces for September are gone.
