Ask AI to flag strong overlaps, shared interests, or strategic reasons to connect. For example, Mine will flag clusters of like 26 people at a company - I can begin building a relationship with the ones who are at the conference and build from there. 6. Choose about 20 people to contact prior to the conference 7. Send a short LinkedIn DM inviting a meet up. Add a LinkedIn voice note with your DM. It almost always makes people happy. 8. SOOO IMPORTANT. AN ANTI AI THING!! DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE YOUR DMs. I PROMISE. I can give you language if helpful 9. Before each meeting, use AI for deep research and likely points of intersection. 10. After each conversation, leave yourself a quick voice note in AI with takeaways and agreed upon next steps. 11. Prompt AI to turn those notes into CRM updates, follow-up messages, and outreach plans. I HAVE THE LITERAL BEST FRAMEWORK FOR THIS. 12. Have your AI push tasks to Notion or whatever so you are reminded to reach back out on a cadence. VOILA! Strategic relationship building to make the most of the conference experience.
