TokScribe provides a free tool to download audio from TikTok videos and transcribe them to text using AI-powered speech recognition. The Service includes the ability to export transcriptions in various formats (TXT, SRT, VTT, JSON).

  • Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Only transcribe content you have the right to access and use
  • Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

The content you transcribe remains the intellectual property of its original creators. TokScribe does not claim ownership of any transcribed content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transcribe and use any content processed through our Service.

5. Third-Party Content

TokScribe is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. We are an independent service that facilitates transcription of publicly available content. Users must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service when using our Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability
