This is 12 years of studying manifestation in 60 seconds or at least I'm going to try to do it in 60 seconds. If you're new here, I'm Hannah, I studied manifestation and success for over 12 years and I applied it all to my life and I manifested my dream man, my dream home, my book hitting the best seller list on Amazon and lots of other things. And now I teach others to do the same thing. And these are some of the most important things that I have learned so listen up. Number one, your brain doesn't know what's real. It believes what you repeat. If so, if you keep saying and broke, they're no good men out there, the brain is going to go, oh, I got it. And life is going to keep proving you right. Number two, feelings matter more than thoughts. So your body is the signal and emotions are the confirmation. You don't manifest what you want, you manifest what feels normal to you. So for example, if you feel that love is unsafe, you might keep attracting emotionally unavailable people. Number three, your subconscious mind runs 95% of your life. That means that if your subconscious mind is programmed for lack, logic is not going to fix this. But repetition plus emotion is going to help rewire this. For example, if you grew up watching financial struggle and your subconscious mind learned that this was normal and that it would happen to you too, it's going to keep recreating it until you stop that loop and reprogram it into something different. Your nervous system decides what you attract. If you're always stressed and in survival mode, you will manifest survival. You will not manifest abundance. When your nervous system feels calm about the thing that you want to manifest, that's when it can draw it in. Number five, identity is the true magnet. Manifestation isn't about getting, it is about becoming. Ask yourself, who would you be if you already had all that you wanted? Who would you be if your manifestation had already worked out? For example, if you keep seeing yourself as someone who doesn't get consistent love, that is what you're going to manifest more of. Sixth, the brain learns through your imagination. This is why visualization works. Or if you can't visualize, you can use another sense. Your mind rehearses your future. So if you keep imagining failure, your brain is going to prepare you for that exactly. Number seven, consistency beats intensity. One single affirmation is not likely to require years of conditioning, but small shifts daily can. If you only focus on money when you're panicking, that stress is going to become the pattern in your mind. Eight, doubt doesn't stop manifestation, fear does. You can actually doubt and still manifest. I doubt all the time, but I keep coming back to my vision. I believe more in that it can happen than I doubt it. But fear, however, is going to keep you stuck in the same pattern. For example, if you're scared of being abandoned, you might unconsciously keep pushing people away. Nine actions matter. But aligned action never force anything. A inspired action is an action that feels natural. It feels obvious, not exhausting. When you take action from the new version of yourself, it becomes much simpler. But if your actions come from desperation, the results will also come from desperation. Ten, your environment reinforces your beliefs, your phone, your room, your routines, they all reprogram you. That's why you need to redesign everything that you have around you. If your surroundings reflect, for example, chaos and lack, your nervous system is going to stay there. That was all of them. And I know I'm going to get questions about my manifestation steps. So as usual, there's a digital workbook in my bio with my full morning routine. And in my bio, you can also find my quantum meditation, which I use myself to help shift into a new version of myself. Now comment, I live my new life.
