[Music] So if you're going to talk about toning, this basically means losing body fat and building muscle. And in order to lose body fat, you sometimes may need to do cardio. It's not always necessary, but I will help. So I actually love that she mentioned cardio. So I actually wanted to talk about kneeling phase falls. Now a lot of people do these standing up, which is completely fine. I personally prefer doing it that way. But when you do this, you may find that when you do it standing, you limit how much weight you can actually move as a cable may pull you forward and affect your balance. So to eliminate this, sometimes it's actually better doing this exercise kneeling. And by doing this, you can increase the stability and control and allow you to lift heavier. And this is one of my personal favorite back exercises. And this is a single arm bench supported cable road. You want to make sure the benches are inclined as the bench is going to give you stability when doing the movement. And you really want to focus on driving your elbow towards your hip. And this exercise isolates the fuck out of your lats and feels absolutely sincere, sure not. But overall, great back workout and a great transformation.
