لذيييييذة بس ماينفع معاه مجرد قهوة يبغاله حلييييييب واللي زاد اللذة شوكولاتة @ملتقى الخبازين لان جودتها عاااالللية ✨✨ Ad الطريقة : ٢٠٠غ زبدة بحرارة الغرفة ومعاه نص كوب سكر بني ونص كوب سكر ابيض نخفقهم بالخفاقة لين يتغير لونه ويصير كريمي ويبدا يذوب السكر نضيف حبتين بيض ورشة فانيلا ونخفققق هالمرة تمام لين يثقل ويصير كريييمممميي مرة ثم نضيف ملعقة كبيرة نشا وملعقة بيكربونات الصوديوم وكوبين ونص دقيق ونضيفه بالتدريج ونقلب هالمرة بالملعقة فقط القوام لازم يكون كأنه حلاوة طحينية .. اخر شي نضيف كوب الى كوبين شوكولاتة بالحليب تكون نوعيتها كويسة اهم شي لانها تزيد اللذاذة وتعطي الطعم ليفل ثاني .. نكورهم كل كورة قرابة ٣٠٠غ ونضغطها شوية ونحطهم فصينية ندخلها الفريزر نص ساعة ثم نخبزها في فرن مسبق التسخين من تحت ١٥د على حرارة متوسطة والشبك فوق مرة لين يبدا يحمر الكوكيز من الارضية ثم ننزل الشبك تحت مرة ونولع من فوق ٥ دقايق وننزله وفورا ونقدمه مع شوكولاتة مذوبة ( الشوكولاتة الهيرشي زي كذا تتذوب فحمام مائي وينضافلها زيت عشان تخف ) ولاتنسوا الفيوتين وبألف عافية 💗 #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #الشعب_الصيني_ماله_حل😂😂 #وصفات #طبخ #رمضان
