This looks straight gray. So that's kind of like the point. Shadows are supposed to be gray. So in the US we're really used to a lot of like really warm products. Even things that are marketed as cool tone tend to be pretty dang warm. So this is a nice in between because it's not the color of concrete but you're absolutely right. It mimics the natural gray of a shadow which is technically what contour is supposed to do. This is why I really love Asian contours. They just seem to have a lot more options for Edward Column Corpse cuties like myself that don't look orange because again a lot of things that claim to be cool tone just aren't. Side we have that cool tone contour. On the side we have a highlighter. This one is blue but it actually turns out to look white. It just gives a little layer of extra brightness. I literally just lightly tap and then I'm going to tap with my finger. Another good thing about this product from Judy Doll is it's a very lightweight watery consistency. Asian beauty products are about looking natural, not heavy. So I like the way it feels on the skin and it doesn't clog any pores on my nose. So yes my love. It is gray. Shadows aren't supposed to be orange.
