Alright, number one sold, Bundamber. We've sold this one for 350,000. It is a renovator on 800 square meters. Here are my top three tips to get market ready. Tip number one, street scape is very important. Even though your lawn may look immaculate, it's always a good opportunity to have a professional come in, give it a one-sover and make it ready for photos. Step two, have your property clean and clutter-free. In this instance, this was a renovator so we ended up selling it completely vacant, however you can take advantage of staging to make your space look beautiful or use your existing furniture just to clutter. Tip three, it is relatively inexpensive to update small things around the house such as blinds, light fittings and fans. This will make a huge impact to buyers and you can go to the extent of carpet, new flooring or a little bit of a paint freshen up. However, I'd always say it's always worth trying to update little bits and pieces where you can. I'm Jared and this has been my top three ideas for getting your property market ready. I'm keen to hear yours, so put them in the comments section.
