If you haven't heard what the Sheikas girls do for their morning routine and I'm talking like those girls who look amazing, have their hair and outfit put together, plans to do a workout, who have already done one, who look like they actually enjoy their day and also have time to rest, and who also get to feel happy doing whatever they do, and listen up girly as we're about to go over the routine. First thing is using an incredibly Sheik habit tracker to stay accountable, not only does it look so cute, you want to use it every day, and elevates the every day, but also helps you not fall off as easily on your habits. The Sheik Girl starts by doing a morning meditation only two to five minutes long, and this habit tracker literally has two to five minute meditations within it. I was doing them on YouTube for the longest time, and in this app it just makes it so easy, a little elevated. Also, it's free. Doing meditations really helps you appreciate everything around you, and that you have in your life, and to have a regulated nervous system, which those Sheik girls just have, because they do this. They found ways to regulate their nervous system and be grateful and rewire how their brain thinks, just see everything as amazing, beautiful, and calm. Even when it might not be, but to handle it gracefully is the goal. Two, is that they do a morning gratitude prompt, and think about what they're grateful for. At the start of every day, think about what they're looking forward to throughout the day, so then it's more likely to happen, or they'll recognize it. It's like if I say don't look for red cars, you're just going to see red cars, but your focus and intention matters. Doing meditations and thinking about what you're grateful for, especially in the morning when your brain is most receptive to these things, really shapes your day. Again, the habit tracker has it literally within there, open it up, and it has all these morning gratitude prompts. So you never have to use the five minute journal, or one of those gratitude journals, again. Three, is that they do affirmations, again in the Angel Hubs habit tracker, is where I'm like a walking ad for this thing. You never found a way to integrate affirmations into my life, because you'd have to find them on Pinterest. App just makes it so easy, like I do my meditation, then my morning gratitude prompts, and I pick an affirmation. It checks them all off for me, it feels so great. More is then that they stretch and get ready for their day slowly, because they've given themselves enough time. Maybe that's going to sleep early, so that you can wake up early and have that time, or just shifting everything in your day to a loud time for this. Just being more intentional with small moments and paying attention, that I've just flying through your morning, not remembering how you got to the next place. I've, is that they drink a hot water or drink in the morning, definitely having food before caffeine, and then they get to check that habit off their habit tracker as well, something with lemon in there, of course.
