Okay, if you want to feel lucky every day, just start doing this. When you go to sleep at night, don't scroll until you fall asleep. Don't think about your problems either. Give yourself at least 10 to 15 minutes before drifting off, to calm down and say these things to yourself. I expect good things to happen in my life tomorrow. I can't wait to wake up and enjoy another day filled with blessings. I expect goodness, abundance, prosperity, love, peace, miracles to flow into my life effortlessly. Just keep repeating these words to yourself until you fall asleep. And when you wake up in the morning, set your alarm five minutes earlier than usual and spend those first five minutes repeating the same things to yourself. Don't touch your phone. Don't think about how long your day is going to be or how much work you're going to have. Let's just leave that aside for a few minutes and say these things to yourself when you are still in that drowsy state. I expect good things to happen to me today. I welcome good things and pleasant surprises into my life. Today is going to be a good day. Keep doing this every day until it becomes a habit or default mode and watch how your inner world and your life transform in a remarkable way that you can't even imagine. The reason why you want to do this right before and after sleep is because during this time, your brain is experiencing something called theta waves, which is like an intermediate state between wakefulness and sleep. And it is characterized by deep relaxation, creativity, and this part is interesting, subconscious processing. Before the brain transitions into fully awake meter waves, in a nutshell, it's just the perfect time to reprogram your subconscious mind. It's much easier to convince your subconscious mind to believe in something new in this half asleep state. I said it before and I'll say it again. Whatever your subconscious mind believes to be true will become your reality. And this is why a lot of people are stuck in negativity. The last thing they think about before drifting off to sleep is their problems. And then the first thing they think about after waking up is also their problems. It's like they open their eyes and they think, "Ugh, another day, another boring, exhausting day at work, another day with nothing special to look forward to?" No wonder why their life stays the same. It's because they have programmed their subconscious mind to expect constant struggle and suffering. You have to be really careful about how you spend the first and the last few minutes of your day because they are literally controlling and they determine the entire vibe of that day. And of your life, one thing I need to remind you is that when you expect good things to happen in your life, don't hold any preconceived ideas about what those good things are and how and when they should come into your life. Because sometimes nothing special really happens that day. But when you repeat the sentences yourself every day, you will build the habit of noticing good things that are already present in your life. You start to feel grateful for the food on the table, for the job you have and the money you earn from it, for the people around you. You will naturally develop a habit of appreciating the blessings that you once ignored. And this is where everything starts to shift.
