As a woman, I was always really worried to start taking creativity in case it made me big and bulky, but it actually made me feel much stronger in my workouts and helped me to recover much quicker. I run a strength train at least five times a week, so I needed something that supported my training and recovery. Did you know, as women, we have a lot of stores of creativity in our body than men.
