Hey everybody, how's everybody doing? Let's make some spicy Portuguese shrimp. You're going to saute those onions. Nice and golden. Add your shrimp about a couple pounds of shrimp. Get them a little tough. You're going to start turning your teeth really quickly. Here's a sizzle, that's what you want. Just flip them over. Then you see they're getting pink on all the sides. So this is getting nice and pink. I'm going to add some paprika. This gives an excellent color. Nice peppery taste. Use a little. Use a lot. It's up to you. It smells delicious. Next I'm going to add a little chicken bouillon. You can also use a half a cup of chicken stock that works too. Add a little salt, maybe half a teaspoon. Come nice, it's cooking. Look at that color. Now here's the sauce. You have some white wine. You can also use beer. That works too. You're going to let that cook down until it evaporates to a half. Add a little more paprika. Add that radish color. It's cooking down. Add some butter. The butter is going to thicken the sauce. This is thickening already. I'm going to grab a little bit and I'm going to taste it. I need spice. Let's add some Portuguese Katie. Let's go. I use gun sauce. It's excellent. A lot of sauce in there. There you go everyone. It's ready. All I need is some delicious Portuguese bread to dip this delicious sauce. Look how delicious it is. It's very easy. Enjoy. Happy Portuguese cookie.
