Good morning. I woke up to 444 notifications on this account. Took me an hour to get through them. Okay, this video, please watch all the way through. Yes, I'm going to put a text also for those who don't have a pen and paper, but I always love you guys when you go all the way through. Hit on my buttons. Make a five word comment about the video and follow if you like my content. I follow back if TT lets me. And I don't unfollow unless you're shit. Okay, so this is a beer bottom list. If I were to start prepping right now and I want a really good supply of usable items, this is what I would start with and it's not expensive. Okay, water. They say gallon per person for 90 days. I go have a gallon because you're going to reserve water. You're not taking a bath or a shower every day. Flour in an airtight container. Sugar. No oxygen sorbers unless you want to get a brick. Salt and that's useful for bartering. All kinds of salt. Okay, pasta. It lasts forever. Peanut butter, protein, fat, and long shelf life. Rice and beans. Together they're a complete protein and you can use bouillon cubes to flavor and do something special with that meal. I like it plain with salt. Yum, I could eat that every day I say. Okay, next is instant coffee. Again, it's good for bartering. Instant coffee is freeze-dried coffee guys and I have taken courts of canned coffee I've done on my own and freeze-dried it. Turns out differently than in the containers they sell on the shelf but it works. Okay, canned protein. Mini meats. Okay, chicken, beef, fish, get plenty. Protein and fat and high calories is the name of the game when you are going through a critical situation. Okay, canned fruits and vegetables but they're not high in calories. Get those. Of course get those. Oats. There are several types of oats, quick oats, rolled oats, Irish steel cut oats which I cook up and can oatmeal with. Honey, oh my gosh, that's a lifesaver in last forever. Okay, and ready to eat foods such as soups, stews, chillies. Okay gang, that's it. Love to all.
