What you should say is well honestly I don't think there's such a thing as a quote difficult team member but we most understand is we are different as people we have different ways of communicating we have different ways of working and so something that I like to do is try to take the time to understand how to best communicate with people how to best work with them how to best ask them questions once I've figured out that I have never really seen a situation where I can't work with someone and work with them at a very high level.
