As a manager with experience and recruitment, one of the things that applicants are not doing right is when they answer this question with, "Oh, I binge watch on Netflix, I love fashion, I'm very interested in fashion, I play with my dogs during my rest days, or I bake, I don't scroll on my phone, yeah, sure, I know, those may all be true, those can all be true, but here's the tip, and listen closely, if you're able to come up with a question of this, unless these interests that you have create some leverage in your application, you don't have to know, and we'll likely not take note of it, because you don't have to work on your own, your interest is more on your work, unless of course it's related to the job that you're applying for, if you're a restaurant that you're applying, then why not tell them by all means that you bake during your spare time, so go ahead, improve your answers.
