Can you tell me how you handle tight deadlines and high pressure situations? Yeah, okay, so when I'm faced with tight deadlines or high pressure situations, I really like to rely on the highs and hour matrix to stay on top of my game as an EA. So I like to categorize my tasks or projects into four quadrants, urgent and important, not urgent but important, urgent but not important and neither urgent nor important. So first, after I prioritize all my tasks and assignments into these four quadrants, I'm going to tackle the urgent and important tasks first. These are the priorities that can't wait. Then I'll move on to the important but not urgent tasks. They are crucial, but they don't necessarily need immediate action. And for the urgent but not important tasks, I may delegate them to ensure that they're handled efficiently. And lastly, I minimize or eliminate tasks that are neither urgent or important to save my time and focus on more important matters. So this method really keeps me organized and calm, which allows me to effectively manage my workload and support any of my executives under pressure. And that's how I turn chaos into order every day.
