This is what my team looks like right now as a multi-six figure at digital marketing agency owner. I am huge about outsourcing and only working inside of your zone of genius and outsourcing the rest to other people where it is their zone of genius. So I want to give you a realistic look at what the inner workings of my business looks like and the team that I have supporting me helping me build and scale this multi-six figure business. I have a digital marketing agency so I have two social media managers on the team that help support our clients and are doing that like day-to-day social media management and are like actually in there in the trenches in the accounts managing the social for them and they also act as account managers providing service to the clients. So they're emailing they're like answering questions they are supporting the clients and I'm also in there helping the clients supporting them so it's kind of a team effort but they take on the bulk of the work as the social media managers. I also have a digital ads manager so like a social media ads manager Facebook Instagram Google ads all of that not my zone of genius I outsourced that and brought someone in who was an expert at ads to help support us. I have an online business manager who handles my emails and who also handles like everything in the background to like contracts, invoices and things like that to make sure that the back end of the business is running smoothly but with those like small little monotonous tasks that just take away my time and don't actually help me move the needle forward in my business. I have a lead generation specialist so her entire job is generating leads for our agency so she is out there applying to jobs reaching out to people putting our name in the hat and so people will reach out to us and we'll want to hire us to do the work. She has been a total game changer and I've been working with her for almost two years now and she just helps leads consistently come into the business. I used to do lead generation on my own and like when business would get busy I would fall off on lead generation and consistency is really the name of the game with generating leads and having them come into the business consistently and keeping that momentum up and the last person that I have on my team is my executive assistant so I run two businesses and I have a podcast so she's kind of like my right hand woman and she kind of has her hands in like all of the different pots with me and that's really what I wanted in that hire was like I just needed an extra set of hands so she helps a lot with the podcast and editing the podcast, scheduling the podcast and runs the podcast social media. She also helps me with my social media creating graphics just kind of there as my go-to girl for whatever I need and that's my team. That's it. I have a team of six women that I work with. I have a multi-six figure business and I really just wanted to share this to dispel the fact that you don't need to have like a massive team to earn massive income and scale a successful business.
