This is literally the biggest cyst I've ever seen in my tunnel, it's actually even bigger than this. So I see this on a daily basis, cystic acne that just came up is painful, you touch your like, "Ooh, that hurts, that's spicy." So when this happens, my patients know to call me, try to fit them in if I can, evaluate to see if they're candidates for intralegonal catalogue, which is pretty much a steroid shot, and we use the smallest 30 gauge needle to go into the heart of the cyst. The nice thing about the steroid shot is that it works very quickly within the first one to two days, you're going to see a significantly shrink, and the pain will diminish. Like, oh, luckily, and if you didn't know, you can actually get them injected. So that's what I'm doing right now, I'm taking it with me because it is so painful. I can barely touch it. Yeah, sorry to see that, but it does look like a good candidate for a steroid shot. It's really out, so this is the before. I'm really going with shots, but that was brutal because it's been an hour. The redness is so much better, it's actually smaller and it doesn't hurt to the touch. It's almost been 24 hours, and she's doing really good. So there you have it, intralegonal catalogue, it's magic stuff. The risk to every procedure and the risk with this would be if you don't dilute it properly, or if you put too much intralegonal catalogue into the cystic acne, you can cause permanent atrophy, this divot in your skin, which is not fun. So definitely don't do this at home and this is not a permanent fix this helps space
