peptides are literally steroids. Not even close. Steroids are forcing your body to do things that doesn't naturally do. They're synthetic. They're replacing your hormones. You may not be able to produce the same hormone production as you were previously. Now peptides, on the other hand, are naturally occurring. They're not replacing your hormones like steroids are. They're a short chain of amino acids that are amplifying what your body's already doing correctly. Like I said, when you hop off steroids, you may not be able to produce the same hormone production as you were previously. With peptides, all that happens is that your body goes back to baseline, but you're still able to maintain the results with the same healthy lifestyle habits that got you the results in the first place. All that being said, peptides are tools to amplify what your body's already doing correctly. So if you're not incorporating good healthy lifestyle habits when it comes to training, recovery, and overall nutrition, you're not going to be able to optimize your results.
