La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVAir Daily SPF 50+ Sunscreen Review: is it worth it? #sunscreen #skincare #larocheposay

Shred over 600 sunscreens and todays is a new-ish launch from the Roche Pose, the endelio UV air daily fluid SPF50+. They market this as a daily wear sunscreen that doesn't compromise on body's protection protection. That's weightless, light is air, helps to control oil for up to 16 hours, and have serum-like benefits. Let's see. Looking at the formulation, this feature is nice and amide, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid and glycerin for skin hydration, semantioxidant, and barrier support benefits. They also make anti-pollution claims for this that probably come from other formulation attributes besides the actives. This does have alcohol and fragrance in it, which are not bad ingredients, but if you have sensitive skin, beware, and this is not water or sweat-resistant either. Phoebe Filter uses a team of sort of S, even on T-150, Aval Benzone, and Evalon A+ for the SPF50 PA-4+ protection. Interestingly, this doesn't have the mix oil for 100 filter, and they also explicitly claim in the marketing to rejects against every day UVA rays, which I thought was an interesting coincidence. Overall, I was a little disappointed in this launch, particularly around the claims around it being ultra light weight, oil controlling, and non-greasy, because it really wasn't. Like, what is this UV air technology that they speak of, and why do I still feel the sunscreen on my skin? Using this for a few months, it never really lived up to a lot of the claims for me, either. It does wear well under makeup. It looks great even on very deep skin tones, but like I said earlier, it seems like they wanted to compete with Korean sunscreen, considering certain attributes of this, but it just didn't hit the mark. It's also only 40 mil for about 20 pounds, considering how A, lower supposed A, innovate in other ways, B, how this is supposed to be a daily wear sunscreen compared to their UV moon line, which sits about the same on the skin, but with better UVA protection, and C, how they have direct competitors in the market that excel, and elegance, price, and user experience in comparison. This just was not a hit for me.
