the biggest trap I've seen hundreds of clients fall into I fell into for many years which is the idea that you're changing yourself you're becoming a better version of you you're healing something so let's say you're talking about having a better relationship with money you're assuming that if you're accepting that you've had certain limitations certain assumptions certain experiences with money in the past and now you are becoming a version of you that has a better relationship with money so it's like in a linear form you know if you're looking at the timeline reluca from 10 years ago she had x ratio of money and now she's changing herself by working on herself conscious mind or nervousism becoming a different version of her the same line but it's not how it works actually it took me quite some time to really understand except that it's actually their parallel timelines and there's multiple identities you can you then you can choose to identify with but you can only embody one identity at a time so actually it's really simple when you realize I don't have to heal and I don't have to become a better version of me I just have to realize I was a certain identity I'm gonna give her a different name in my case I always like to call her Erica for whatever reason I'm like Erica had the bad rich with money so I don't choose to just drop acting like a Erica drop at identity just like an actor drops a role of a character actually choose to put my awareness on reluca that she has always had a good ratio of money so I'm not connecting them in one linear timeline they're actually in their own parallel timelines like two timelines so that's what the quantum jump is like you jump jump you put your awareness on a different identity that you now choose to identify with you remember that This identity has always had a good rush of money.
