You know as an athlete we have strong mental health we have to to be able to get to this level of our sport But there's other aspects I think neglected we work on the drive the focus and the determination But there's still a human side that we don't really develop it kind of stuck to yourself and having to deal with all your things I'll need you out later any help to the transition period is the hardest part I'm to figure out your new identity after playing your sport. This is my first season not playing I spent 16 years playing and so now I'm in the middle of figuring it all out I'm still an NBA champion those qualities that got me there are still things that I can translate and transition into Whatever next field I'm doing after playing basketball One thing that is unique about dynamics is it actually helps a person to get rid of all of the internal thoughts The negative thoughts especially I'm sure you're familiar with now you're wondering am I good enough you know that's not you Yes, then you got to master the game of life after that. Yeah, and it's a way longer game than the sport we've been playing since we were kids
