So everyone always says that to be successful in TikTok shop, you need to learn how to make high quality videos, but then no one actually explains what makes a video high quality. So if someone that has done over $3 million in GNV and is on track to probably do around 30K this month, I'm gonna start a new series basically called the Elements of a high quality video. So essentially just gonna break down all the things that actually make your video high quality and actually make them convert. Keep in mind, this is all my personal opinion. These are all things that I personally use to help me do numbers like this, this, and this. So feel free to tag along and hit that follow button if you wanna stay up to date with the series. But this is the first video. First one I'm gonna get into is features. Okay, a lot of you are literally just selling features. You guys are just listing 'em out, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. What you're doing is you're selling the products features and you're not selling the outcome that the customer's gonna get out of having that feature. But let's take this, for example, a lot of you go like this. It's got three heat settings right here and it even has red light therapy on the inside. Okay, yes, it's cool, it's, you know, it's information, but it's not gonna really motivate somebody to actually wanna buy the product. The problem comes in was when you guys continue to just load information onto people. Like you keep stacking information back to back to back just like that, not really giving value to that feature. But what that does is it kind of overwhelms people and honestly, that is what makes people scroll. I would say something like it's got three heat settings right here, that's actually gonna help relax your muscle and loosen up your stiff knee. And it also uses red light therapy for recovery. Like seriously, where was this when I had my surgery? If you notice, now I added motivation to that feature, right? So basically what I said was, you know, when I said the heat setting, I'm talking about, oh, it's gonna relax your muscle. It's gonna help loosen up your stiff knee. When I went into the red light therapy, I'm talking about recovery. You know, a lot of people who either had a surgery or is getting ready for a surgery, those are gonna be the type of people that are like, oh my god, I would love that red light therapy for my recovery. That small shift is what is gonna get somebody to actually buy the product instead of just scrolling along. Hey, got it, moving on. So the next thing that is still related to features is now not just talking about it, but actually showing people and demonstrating that feature. Let's take this, for example, right? Let's say I'm talking about that exact product that I just showed you. And I say it just like this, I'll even hold the product just like this, like a lot of you guys do. So go like this, yeah, it can work on your ankles, your shoulder, and even your elbow. Now I'm gonna show you the exact same features. I'm not gonna change anything, but I'm actually show you in a way where I'm kinda demonstrating it for them. You can even work on your ankle or elbow, and even on your shoulder. This works because you are essentially putting that product in the customer's hand through the freaking screen. Okay, think about it, okay? If you create that sense of like, oh my gosh, they're kinda holding it, but then at the end of the video, they don't have it, guess what they're gonna go do? They're gonna click on your link, and they're gonna buy it from you. Works even more because you're showing 'em proof, right? You're showing 'em, you're visually proving to them like, yeah, it is on my shoulder. It is on my elbow, it is on my ankle. Now they feel like, okay, I want that, 'cause again, a lot of people don't have this pain in their knee, a lot of people have pain elsewhere, and so then you just prove that you can do that. This is another example. I'm sorry, I know I kinda ran a little bit, but I saw somebody talking about one of those Christmas tree lights, and she was talking about, oh yeah, it lights up LED and all these different colors, and the Christmas light wasn't even on. It was just, it was off. So I'm like, just show, that's what I'm talking about. Show the lights on. Anyway, the last thing I wanna talk about is not to list every single feature, okay? Again, you don't wanna information overload, okay? This is what I'm talking about. You wanna pick the most unique, and I say pick about three to four unique features or selling points, I guess. Don't sit here and tell me, like, yeah, this is where the charger goes. I know that, when I get the product, I'm gonna see, oh, that is where the charger goes. Don't tell them the obvious and things that they can visually see, like, come on now. Stick to the features that make that product, more unique to the competitors, essentially ones that just solve actual problems. That is what's gonna make pretty much the biggest difference when it comes to finding your target buyer. The top of the fact that, obviously, it doesn't overload your video with too much to make your product seem, oh my gosh, it's this good. It keeps it clean, keeps it digestible, and it keeps it on pace, right? Obviously, you still wanna make your video as short as possible in my opinion, but also have a great amount of impact. Of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to making high quality content. So again, please follow along if you wanna see more of the elements as I post. I don't know when I'll post them, but when I feel like post them, I'll post them, okay? Yeah, hopefully it helped me. And if you guys got questions, let me know in the comment section and I will see you guys in the next one.
