We've been in the Northeast of the country for more than three years. The livestock dies, the compost is dry, and millions of people live running water or buying food. The water is not reached and the problem goes worse. It's not raining, it's raining a lot. The problem is that we don't have an infrastructure to be corrected, try to use that water.
