The Division 3 Tourism, when changed the mentality. This happened to Martin. For the Chinese who started working for the three weeks. Martin had a good level. He was able to play with 10,000 people, I can rank him, I tried to qualify him and I couldn't. The problem was that I was looking for the perfect company. I still felt like being the correct company. I thought I needed to be the best player. And I said something different. I didn't need to be the best player. I needed to be the best player with my own vision. The same goal was the record. The same discipline. The same mentality. And the best memory. Not all of the red ones. A few moments when I saw it, that I was not comfortable with the process. And as a coach, I put on the limit. If I don't start to see a change in your mentality, I'm not going to renew the next month. I'm not going to be a coach, I'm not going to buy myself. When I got the division, I got to go with my dream. I went to Division 3 and Division 2. It wasn't magic. It was coherence. Division 2 is not a race, it's a consequence. First change the mentality and then change the result.
