I'm going to check out what the WPF is, so you can see it like this and not like I do. Guys, most people have the problem that they always have too many calories in the morning. What happens is that you are fat, because you don't have any calories. That's why I start my morning with a protein check. I take 1-2 people from protein ice coffee, do it with a mandal milk and finish it with it in the day. So, then you've only only one calorie saved and protein higher. Then, on the day before, I usually do a pouch. I do that in which I take the protein pouch, pack of flowers on the shelf and burn it. Then, I have under 500 calories for a huge bowl. If you know how this works, you just go to my account and school down there. I have that for a video, which has 400-500,000 reviews, then you can watch it. Then, in the afternoon, after I have as many calories, I sometimes go to my second protein check or not. And in the evening, I then open so many calories that I can just give them everything. I usually do that because I have some protein sources like meat with vegetables and then, for example, some potatoes or noodles or anything else, and most of them I can even eat ice cream. Depending on how much I want to take, I can eat less or more ice cream. But, because I tell you that in such a way, you have a calorie deficit, you have more protein, you have more protein, you have more cholesterol, therefore you take it off. If you still have a bit of strength, you do your movement, you will lose your fat. And if the whole thing is still too complicated, then you can go to the other platform and go to my account.
