Stop wasting your time doing more of a movement for abdomen. The abdomen works as a single block. It doesn't have to do more of a movement because it's completely redundant. It's not like, for example, the chest, which has the portion, this is no costal. And the eyepiece portion that has completely different functions. The abdomen, however, only has a function that is to flex the column. And if you have this exercise of lifting up your legs bent, you are entering abdomen if you don't want to flex. You are entering the column, you are entering the toes. So, you don't need to do two hundred types of movements to enter abdomen. The only thing you need to do is to choose a large abdominal that allows you to do exercise and enter as any other muscle, heavy, with intensity. Good movement of training and good frequency.
