This web is how your body keeps the score. An emotion is just energy and motion and it flows through your body through your fascia. When something traumatic happens to you and you didn't fully process it, meaning it was too overwhelming for you to process and feel or maybe you're avoidant and you stuff things down, you don't wanna look at it or you simply just don't allow yourself to feel. So the emotion was never processed. It gets stuck in this web. Well, how would you release that? Well, let's keep it super simple. To release emotions in your fascia, you just need to feel them and/or move your body. That's all your emotional body wants is to feel and to move. So things like inner work, shadow work, allowing yourself to witness emotions that were maybe too overwhelming for you that you were never able to or movement like massage, foam rolling, bouncing. I love my vibration plate. Cheek on. Anything to move your back will help you release anything stuck in this web. Keep it fluid and moving and you will feel lighter and brighter.
