These are my running holy grails. Like I'm not gonna go on a run if I don't have this stuff. When I first started running, I was running in Manhattan, training for the New York City Marathon, and there were water founds everywhere. Where I run in LA, there's no water. So I had to figure out like how I was gonna carry my water. I fucking love this vest. This is the Solomon active skin for. It holds two water bottles. They kind of clip in here, you fill them up, they fit perfectly, they're so easy. Everybody was asking me like how do I drink out of it? I just, like it's, I adore this vest just because there's this huge pocket here, another pocket here, another pocket here. And then I put my car keys in the back here. And if you need more water than just this, there's another reservoir back here that you can put in. I get a size small, I'm always a size small on tops, and I love it. I also never used a garment. I did not care about running watches. I always track my runs on my phone. And now that I do have a garment, I do get the hype, I do. 'Cause it's just annoying, like my phone is so fucking heavy, like checking it for my like pace, my time, my lage. It's so much easier like to just look at my wrist and see how things are going. That being said, I still bring my phone on all my runs. I just put it right here and it doesn't slip. Nothing happens to it. Like this vest is where I keep everything. I also keep all my fuel in my vest. When I go on my lawn runs, like I just did a 15 mile run, and like this is kind of what I brought. These are called salt sticks. They're tubal, electrolyte tablets. You're supposed to take two of these every 30 minutes of like running or activity and they help restore all like the sodium that's lost in your body and all that good stuff. I've also been getting into gels and like goos. I'm trying all the different brands right now to figure out what I like. But you're supposed to also take these every 20 to 30 to 40 minutes. Just like straight up carbs and caffeine and sodium and amino acids, everything that you need on a run. I'll usually only have like one or two of these on a long run. Honey singers, I bring one of these on every long run. They're so great. It's an energy waffle. My favorite flavor is this peanut butter strawberry one. I get it at sprouts. It's the best snack for a run. I also never saw the hype in running glasses. I was like, I have sunglasses. I'll just wear my normal sunglasses, but then I got real running glasses and like I get it. Like I really get it. They're so lightweight. They don't fog up. If it's overcast out, I'll just wear them on my head and they don't move. Like at all. The whole run, like I ran 15 miles with my glasses up and my head and they didn't move. I am obsessed with these district vision ones. The black is sold out on their website, but the brown is still in stock and the brown are my favorite. They're my OGs. They were the first ones I got. SPF. Like now that I turned 26 and like my frontal lobe developed, I put on sunscreen, especially before my runs. And I'm always looking for like a spray one that I can keep in my car that I can just kind of like spray out, put it on my face and get fucking going. Like this is the one that I keep in my car. And I put this on before every run. It's so nice, it's like really lightweight and it's meant for like activity. It's the ultraviolet vibrant screen SPF 50. It's also sweat safe, so you're not gonna like sweat it off. Socks and shoes. It has actually been the trial period for me with my shoes. Like I haven't decided which shoe is gonna be my marathon shoe because I'm testing out all the different brands trying to figure out what I like. Socks wise, these are the same socks I wore when I was marathon training five years ago. I still have them, they're so great. I don't even know what the name of this brand is but they're supposed to help with blisters 'cause I was getting really bad blisters. They're called belega. Yeah, they're like little blister socks. 'Cause shoe, I just did 15 miles in the on cloud booms and I actually really love them. Like more than a lot of other shoes I've been wearing recently. So I'm very excited to continue wearing these and to figure out if they're gonna be my marathon shoe. Those are my holy grails. I hope you enjoyed.
