So after seeing that video I was like hmm maybe this will fix my neck and back pain that I've been having for fucking years. So I ended up getting it and this thing works wondered. Let me show you. So pretty much I'm a side sleeper so I sleep on my side all the time and this is perfectly aligning my neck so my neck isn't out of like a weird curve it's not too higher too low and you could put your hand right here and this is perfect. It also if you're a stomach sleeper this works great. Well this works great you could do it on your stomach and even your back you could use it on your back.
