If you keep breaking out on the same spot over and over again, it's always textured, red, and regular acting treatments make your acne worse. It's not just acne, they won't go away unless you start treating your skin barrier first. When my barriers damage, I take all the exfoliants out and replace them with Zika, Panthenol, and Ceramise to Sue then strengthen the barrier first before treating acne. And these are the products that I always go back to when this happens. This is one of my go-to-like barrier healing serum. Probioseca Ampoule from Skin 104 because it has fermented Zika and Ceramise with this super nourishing texture. Really good at just rebuilding that broken skin barrier. Another very hydrating and lightweight choice would be this one from Blanc Nature. This is known in Korea for people with acne-prone skin, especially for soothing their red inflamed skin because there are many properties that can control the balance of oil and moisture, along with Zantella and Panthenol. Consistency is like super watery and lightweight. Just hydrates the skin in like a very fresh way. Then you're gonna need something to lock in all the hydration. And this moisturizer from Astra is like my SOS cream. It's not like watery hydrating type of moisturizer, but it's just really great to lock in all the hydration from Ceram. It has a lot of ingredients that mimic some natural skin barriers components. It can be also used for extremely sensitive skin.
