I said it once and I'm going to say it again. 2026 is the new 2024 content creation. The same way we were forced inside due to COVID, the same way we're going to be forced inside now, due to political uncertainty, rising prices, and supply chain shortages. For many of us, we won't be able to afford to leave our houses. And even if we are, there will be nowhere to go. This is the time where a lot of businesses are going to shut down. A lot of workplaces are going to have to send workers home. And we still don't really know what's going on with this Honda virus thing. Do not mess up this time by not getting on the internet. People that got on the internet and created videos in 2020 are our royalty class of creators today. These people have gleaned so much money from the internet and from these apps. And they were still on the internet at a time where the global creator economy was at its lowest. Over the next few years, this economy is expected to double into the 500 billion. That's nearly half a trillion dollars. If you're sitting around and just letting that pass you up, that's you. But as for me, I'd be remiss if I didn't hop on this opportunity. The only regret I have about TikTok as a creator now is the fact that I didn't start sooner. In the pandemic, I didn't even have TikTok. I started doing TikToks this year. And already, it's led to over five figure brand deals. The time to start creating is now because you don't want to be a part of the group that realizes too late that there's actually some potential here. And then you're joining when everybody wants to become a creator. And when that happens, support is at an all time low. Already, I can tell, people do not follow as easy as they used to. Things do not blow up as easily as they used to. It takes longer to get where you think you're going to go. And our new set of known creators are actively building themselves right now. When the world slows down and comes to a standstill, and people aren't able to get out of their homes to spend money, the companies then spend money on influencers to get people to buy products from their comfort of their home. When you have a platform, a place where you can get a message out to thousands within minutes, you become a valuable resource and tool. Quite honestly, you don't know what opportunities will come from that. Every time you post, it's like a lottery ticket. You never know who will see it. You never know how much it will get seen. And you never know what could come from it. There's been times I've posted, and it's led to brand deal. It's led to paid trip. It's led to free experiences, and my name being put on guest list. In a matter of a year, creating content has changed my life. This is something I see myself doing for the next 10 years, simply because of how much growth I saw in one year. It also builds you as a person. Building something from ground zero that now funds your life, solely based on your ideas and your effort, empowers you more than anything else. It also gives you hope. With your back against the wall, at least you know you can depend on your talents and your skills to create something for yourself. Although the TikTok pay itself may not be life changing, the opportunities that come from creating on TikTok and other apps similar to it can absolutely be life changing, especially at a time like now. And that's why I say.
