In January of this year I put out a video talking about using estriol on our skin at Metapods. It's one year since I've started using estriol topically on my skin when I started to notice that creepiness. I'm going to be 54 in January and I have seen zero change in my skin in the last year since I've started using topical estriol. You see all of these miracle things in these skincare products that are for women over 50 but you never see hormones. An estriol is the weakest form of estrogens shown to not increase blood serum levels of estrogen overall.
