This might not be fat. It might just be fluid. This is how you're going to get a snap straw line in two weeks. I'm going to tell you how to do this, but if you don't do it, it's not going to work, so you've got to be consistent. So if you can't be consistent, just scroll right now. By the way, this is free. So no excuses. Morning or night, every single day you're going to do this. It's called lymphatic drainage, and it literally works. Do each movement 10 to 12 times gently. I start here, and then I go out, just like that, up, up, then I move here a few times. Then I'll massage my temples, then I'll go right here with my fingers, and then go out. So that's pushing everything out, and it's smoothing my cheekbones. And then I'll massage right here on both sides, just like my ear behind it and then in front, and then my knuckles right here, and then go that way. And then this, this is my favorite, okay? Very lightly, by the way, because my jugular veins are right there, or arteries. I move from here, and then I go up, and then I let my fingers kind of shape to my jaw, and then I push down and gently through my neck. And then I do that like 10 or 12 times. I had to learn to be like gentle, because I pushed too hard a few times, and it just did it, and it didn't feel good. Basically, then after that, I'll just move down my neck, and then I massage my collarbones. Massaging your collarbones and right here is key to all of this, because that's really going to wake up our lymph nodes to get the blood moving. And then that's what I do every morning. I'll just use like my moisturizer, my sunscreen, as like the oil, or like the lubricant of this whole process. So yeah, that's what I do, and it works really well, like my jaw did not always look like that. That's not being arrogant. I just know that like, I wanted someone to let me know this.
