High fibre gut loving jelly!!! This makes 28-32g of fibre (4tbsp of psyllium husk) I’m storing this and will use daily over the next 5 days!! Tastes great on its own, with seeded crackers or paired with a yoghurt, granola bowl. Make sure you drink lots of water!! And go slow - as sometimes too much fibre too soon can affect your tummy. I've recently just seen some of my make jelly from Cylium husk and thought I'd put my own spin on it. This is Cylium husk pomegranate and aloe vera juice jelly, just three ingredients and your gut is going to love you for it. So Cylium husk is the cure ingredient here.
