High fibre gut loving jelly!!! This makes 28-32g of fibre (4tbsp of psyllium husk) I’m storing this and will use daily over the next 5 days!! Tastes great on its own, with seeded crackers or paired with a yoghurt, granola bowl. Make sure you drink lots of water!! And go slow - as sometimes too much fibre too soon can affect your tummy. Thank you!! @mrguthealth for the inspo!! #psylliumhusk #psylliumhuskjelly #guthealth

I've recently just seen some of my make jelly from Cylium husk and thought I'd put my own spin on it. This is Cylium husk pomegranate and aloe vera juice jelly, just three ingredients and your gut is going to love you for it. So Cylium husk is the cure ingredient here. It's a soluble fiber and it forms a gel, sweeping through your gut, supporting regularity, balancing blood sugar, and feeding your good bacteria. I've added an aloe vera as this is incredibly soothing for your gut lining and it works by coating and calming everything as it moves through. And the pomegranate, well it's rich in polyphenols and your gut bacteria actually transform them into anti-inflammatory compounds, which helps to protect your gut lining. Or together it's gut soothing, microbiome feeding and barrier repairing. Definitely save this one and get it to go. It's very yummy.
