One thing I can live without is my breathwork and meditation first thing in the morning. I love to practice breathwork to help with my stress and anxiety. Some days when I wake up I feel super overwhelmed because I start thinking about everything that I have to do for the day. This just really starts my day on the right track and gives me that boost of energy that I'm looking for. I've recently been doing open mental detox which is a 14 day breathwork program.
