How important lowering cortisol is for the body

This is what cortisol actually looks like on your face. 30%, puffy, no angularity. 25%, still soft. 20%, now there's shape. 15%, angularity starts to show. 10%, everything sharpens. And my favorite way by far to lower cortisol is by taking magnesium complex.
