Well, you're always such a team player and always looking to pick up extra hours So I guess I just assumed that you would come in and help us today Right. Well, there's the first problem you assumed. Yeah, it's my day off and I'm gonna go ahead and take it I have plans today anyway. So sorry, man, that's too bad You know, I really admired your team leadership and was hoping to give you a team lead position But you know if you're just gonna be like this, then I guess we'll have to reconsider somebody else guilt tripping me Really that's your angle. Well, when I was working like that is because I needed a car, but I have the car now. So I don't need to be working Inverting myself out that much. I'm actually able to take my days off and recuperate Wow, see you can't just pick up extra hours and come in on your days off just because you need money If the team needs you, you're gonna have to come in. Yes, see that's exactly what we do We don't come in on our days off or pick up extra hours because we're a family and we want to help out the team We do it because we need money. So if we don't need money, which I don't I'm very stable right now I'm gonna go ahead and take my day off All right, well, you know if you're not willing to come in you might see your hours start cutting because honestly We only want hard working team members that realize that this is a family working here. So Okay, so now threatening me is your angle. Yeah, I really don't appreciate that and so if that's the way that you're going to be I can go ahead and go to HR and let them know that your threatening to cut my hours because I refuse to come in on my days off Have a good one
