Stop cutting your carbs too low

This video is not monetised, but I'm going to plead with here to watch this for 60 seconds and if that can get you to understand this about carbohydrates and fat loss, this will change your life forever. You all think that you have to do low carb diets that you've got to cut bread, sweets, pasta, all that good stuff. You have to avoid sugar yet I'm having 375 grams a day and 150 grams of sugar and I look like this. Well I'm going to show you how I'm doing that. We know 1 gram of protein equals 4 calories, 1 gram of carbs equals 4 calories, 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories, 8 fat doesn't make you fat, it's just more dense in calories. Meaning if you would eat a lot of foods high in fat it's a chance to have your high calories which put you in a surplus of game weight. My TDA how many calories I burn a day is 3 and a half thousand calories, but I maintain my body weight I'd have to have 200 grams of protein which is 811 calories, 79 grams of fat which is 711 calories, and 500 grams of carbs which is 2000 calories. All those macros added up together is 3,511, let's say I want to drop an old calorie deficit and could 500 calories off my maintenance, I'm going to keep reporting same and we fat me same because my body needs that every day, however the carbohydrates I'm going to reduce by 125 grams which equates to 500 calories, but that means I'm still getting 375 grams of carbs a day, that's not low carbs. Well note it doesn't look like low carbs but to me it is low carbs because 500 grams of carbs for me is maintenance where 375 is low, but the mistake that you guys all try and make is you go far too low, you'll do like 100 grams of carbs at 150 which makes your deficit too big, means you can't stick to the calories and then you fall off plan and binge and eat everything in sight, so yes we do need to reduce our carbs but not at the level that you think, or if all this is over your head and you've taken totally lost here, don't worry, click the bio when you join TMRH, I work all this out for you, I'll set you the right amount of porting, carbs, fat and the deficit.
