The high-pressure water vapor canopy that once acted as a lid of our world. And proof of this is we find fossils of 2.5-foot dragonflies. These creatures could only fly in a high-pressure high-oxygen environment. When Enlil collapsed the firmament, the pressure dropped, the giant suffocated, and the oxygen thinned. Then came the rainbow. In Genesis 9.13 it appeared for the first time because the protective shield was gone. Leaving our coats of skin exposed to the radiation that forces us to age and die within that 120-year limit.
