A fifth of the population is not yet related to the texts to read, that's a democracy. About 13 to 15 percent of the people who live in the hospital are functioning differently. These are now no legalists or no people with a neurological charm. These are people who have simply not learned a sentence from a subject predicate and object to speak, to understand, to read or to write. And that's what I have to imagine, so almost 20 percent. That's because the whole KI takes us to the grammar and the orthography and the same thing. We need that, that's not enough.
