That's when I started my butcher. 17 years old. 48 years of age now, so I worked that out. Even I can work that one out. Been a butcher all my life. Loving life. It's been a great job. Still love it to this day, so it's just socialising with people and doing the job itself. It's just a great job. So anyone wants to be a butcher, give it a go.
