These are my top 5 habits that I tracked religiously over 2025, and no they are not your 5 minute quick fixes. They transformed my life. Have it one, write one, win down every single day. It proves your winner even when you feel like a loser. Have it two, journal your thoughts, not just in a book, but everywhere. Use life as your canvas and capture all of your ideas, even the bad ones. Have it three, quit pornography. This one is quite personal, but it was the most transformative for me. Face up to the things that scare you and tell the world that you're not afraid of them anymore. Have it four, speak to a stranger. Open up to the world, choose to want to interact with people, make it normal to ask someone how their day is and lean into the conversations that have depth. Have it five, move your body, exercise, break a sweat, run far, live to heavy. Choose the discomfort willingly before life chooses discomfort for you. The key is to stick to these habits even when everything in the world is telling you not to. They are the long-term gains that will help you achieve remarkable things by December 2026.
