The customer borrowed me 200 EUR extra so I don't get a single thing in his car. And exactly at this moment I knew that there was actually a problem. When he gets up on my feet he will be amazed. Perfectly, purely and fully relaxed. But before I start the inspection, he takes me to the side and says, "Everything you can do, just this area, please don't do it." So let's go with all the alarm clocks. The normal customers want this car to be completely clean. They pay me exactly for that. When someone tries to get out of a certain area, there is almost always a story behind it. I start with the normal cleaning. Cleaning, cleaning, drying, washing, cleaning, all over the surface. The interior looks like it doesn't look bad at all. But the longer I work, the more I notice that the customer gets nervous. Every time I look at the middle console close, he looks at me exactly. He doesn't look at his cell phone, he doesn't talk to anyone and doesn't leave his head. His eyes keep the whole time on my movement. Anyway, I ask him directly why this area is so important. He gets nervous and says, "There's nothing special about it." But exactly this answer makes me sad. Because if we don't have anything to complain, nothing has to be explained.
