So I've been mouth taping for the past like two weeks and you guys. I know you hear it all the time but it's actually life-changing if you're a mouth breather. I'm definitely a mouth breather when I sleep and I started doing this and I've been having the best like deep sleeps and when I wake up I just feel so good. My mouth is not like dry like the Sahara desert. I've obviously been only doing it for two weeks but I've heard that people who do it long-term have a really significant changes to their jaw line that they see and it really does not need to be hard or expensive. Just get one of these kinesiology tapes. You can get them on like Amazon or your pharmacy. It comes in a roll like this. It's huge. This will last me a long time. Basically get a strip and just cut it into like these smaller pieces like this. So the reason I use kinesiology tape is because these ones have a bit of stretch. Like this is obviously for your body if you've used kinesiology tape before it's supposed to move with your body. Because it has a little bit of stretch so basically I'll do like my skincare everything. I'm like ready to go to bed. I'll put it on like right before I'm about to fall asleep. I just... They're on. This is all I do. As you can see I can kind of open my mouth a little bit. If you're worried that you're gonna feel like you're gonna suffocate like this is good because it has a little bit of give so you can kind of open your mouth just a little bit but it'll overall keep it shut. Try it. I've been putting this off for so long but I'm like why do I start sooner? It's the best.
