Number is here so here's a step-by-step guide to get the perfect bronzy tan. Number one, I literally say this in all of my tanning videos, please use salt water. Salt water is the only thing that will give you a bronzed tan rather than a dark grey tan. Before we get into salt water, let's start the process step-by-step. Do this video literally yearly and I'm known as the tanning girl, so everything I learned that's new I added here in those videos. Number one, I said this before, I'll say it again. Moroccan bath a week or two before you start tanning. This will help your skin start tanning on a fresh, clean slate. Instead of just tanning your dead skin over and over again, you'll just have such a nice and clean tan. This is the kind of bath where a lady literally scrubs all of your dead skin off of your entire body and it will help you so much you don't understand. Two, after you do the Moroccan bath, you need to wait a week or two because your skin is literally raw. So if you tan right after, you will burn your skin off. So don't do that. The day that you tan, these are steps that will actually help you get the tan faster on the day that you're tanning. First of all, I would like to say I still barely use any tanning oil when I'm tanning. I don't use tanning creams, I don't use any of this 50 layer step protein, I don't do it. I only only use oil when my skin is dry and I use naggy oil. I've talked about this like 17,000 times before. That is the only oil that I will ever use. If my skin is so, so dry and I need it, I will use that oil. When I get to the beach or when I'm tanning at home, these are the things that I do. One, I have to wet my entire body so that it can soak up the water so that it can help you hydrate your skin. I don't know how to say it. Skin will just soak the water and that helps you tan faster. I don't know what the sciences behind it don't ask me, but it just does and I promise it does. When you get to the beach, go into the water first, especially because salt water helps you tan way faster. And if there's a way that you can tan in the sea water like on a floaty or something, do it because that will help you tan even faster if it's even possible. If you're tanning at home, just take an at-home shower before you go outside and get a bucket or a bottle of spray and fill it with salt water. It can be fine salt, it can be sea salt, it can be him and they insult whatever salt you want. Salt, salt, just fill it inside the bottles, spray yourself with the salt. After you took the at-home shower and just lay out in the sun, that's it. It doesn't take a 70,000 step routine, it just takes you to use salt water and clean your skin a week before and that is it. I promise you, you do not need to use 7,000 layers of anything on your skin. Your skin will tan, I promise. And just to this clamor, it's always good for you to use sunscreen so you can stay younger. I personally sometimes use sunscreen SPF30 on my face because I don't want to burn. And the sun in Dubai is very strong. And especially when you're going to say "hello" the first day and say "hello" is always the worst. And you always think you're stronger than the sun, but you're not. So use SPF30 especially on your face. Thanks to do it, the beach that I've learned is one day away from anything citric in the sun. I promise you, it will burn your skin, it will not make you feel good. Stop using baby oil. It will burn you and you will peel and you're going to look discolored. It's the worst thing you can do, stop using baby oil. And stop using perfume on your skin when you're tanned. It's going to make your skin discolored. Again, these are all things that you're not supposed to do because it will make your skin definitely discolored and dehydrated and it will not look good and you're going to peel and it's going to be very bad. Anyways, right after tanning, you shower whatever. Make sure to moisturize with a very, very moisturizing cream because that's the only thing that's going to help your tan last.
