Mais bien souvent, derrière le perfectionnisme, le besoin de validation ou la peur de décevoir, il y a surtout un besoin plus profond : celui de se sentir aimé. Quand on n’a pas appris à se donner cet amour, on passe inconsciemment sa vie à essayer de le mériter à travers les autres, les résultats ou la perfection. There's really a rule that is that humans need to feel loved. When humans don't love themselves, they're going to find all the means of love. Sometimes it's going to be perfect, organized, square. And suddenly, you just do something that helps you. In fact, it's going to be the end of the world because your love for yourself is still touching. So it's a circle of vision. So I try to get rid of myself, because it's not perfect, because it's not square. Because I don't get it in the cases that are in my head and that I grew up with. It's interesting to understand, because you see, in 50 minutes, I've already identified the problem on which we're going to live during the next few weeks. I am not going to lie, it's probably the problem for 99% of people.
