You can slow down time by beautifying yourself or your life. There's a reason why people who are into glamour or beauty, oftentimes they look younger than most people. And they're also living happier lives. And it's because of the way that they're living. When you're beautifying yourself or your home or your food, whatever, whenever you take the time to beautify something, you really have to slow down. You become more intentional. You pay close attention, and you're really involved in what you're doing. People who do this on a daily basis, if they do it consistently enough, they start to look younger, they start to look softer. They just look happier on the flip side. People who are always in a rush, they be looking like over time, they be looking disheveled, haggard, you know what I mean? And they stop being intentional with how they look. They stop caring about how they decorate their home. They stop caring about how their food looks on a plate. They just munch and eat. These type of people, their nervous system over time, get so fucked up. They start looking so bad. They start looking so inflamed. And it may not seem like they're depressed, because they're so functional and they're always going. But they can't even slow down, because as soon as they slow down, they start to feel everything. And these type of people, their life is moving so fast. They're always planning way ahead. Like, people like this, they're already planning their death. They're already planning their retirement. They're planning their funeral. They're planning their death. That's how fast they're moving through life. And then there's another variant type that doesn't move fast, but they're not living intentionally. They're not beautifying themselves. They're not decorating their homes. They're not decorating their cars. They're not taking their time to choose their perfume or their cologne. These types are just kind of going through the motions in life. It's like they got into some type of program in their life. They go to work. They do certain things. And then they keep doing the same thing over and over. Life becomes so mundane. And these types, when you look at them, they don't necessarily look haggard or crazy. But they just look like-- like, are you still alive? It's what it's giving. Like, the energy is just so like-- these types, the way that they experience life, is like, let's say today is Thursday. And you tell them, oh my god, yeah, it's Thursday. And they're like, what? It's Thursday. I thought it was still Tuesday. Like, time just passes by them. That's how they experience time. So if you want to slow down time, you want to stretch like seconds in your life and you want to remain vital, youthful, happy, soft, you know what I mean? You have to beautify yourself. If you're not into beautifying your face or yourself, do something else. Beautify your house, your car, right? You need those moments where you're really sitting in your intentional. This is why rituals are important, right? This is something that religion teaches to people. They teach you to be more ritualistic. This is mentioned in the Bible a lot. Rituals are important in life, because for real, a life has no meaning. If you're just born and you just live, however everybody wants you to live, you'll just work, work, work, do some things, do some things, and then die. Rituals is kind of what gives your life meaning, right? And rituals can look like anything for anybody.
