You can do just as well with the manual, but you have to be much more technique sensitive, so electric toothbrush is much easier. Skip brushing or skip flossing. Ooh. You can't really pick between these two. They kind of come together. Fresh breath or no bleeding gums. No bleeding gums, because if you've got no bleeding gums, then you're most likely to have fresh breath.
