I have selected these foods because these are great to add to your diet, eating them on a weekly basis because they contain lots of fiber, they contain phytonutrients that support liver detoxification, and they are great for gut health, all of which is so key for healthy skin. Skin problems are really a reflection of what's going on in the inside and these are for very affordable foods that I would highly recommend adding to your diet if you have acne, rosacea, eczema. My first food are microgreens. These are actually sunflower spreads, but sunflower spreads, broccoli spreads, these are absolutely incredible to detoxifying superfoods because they contain phytonutrients called glugosinolates, especially broccoli microgreens that help your liver better detoxify. The liver is a really, really important organ to help your body eliminate excess estrogens and help your body maintain hormonal balance. When it comes to healthy skin, hormonal balance is key. Add this to your salad, pop these into smoothie. Just see the handful of them. They actually taste really good. They're nice and crunchy. Grow them in your windowsill for pennies. They are so affordable if you grow them yourself. Next up, I have a beautiful bouquet of broccoli. Similar to my sprouts, these are also powerful to detoxifiers that support hormonal balance. There's a lot of research on broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables being very powerful anti-cancer foods, but here we're talking about healthy skin. Rich, rich in fiber supporting that got microbiome, supporting an elimination. Lots of chlorophyll, as you can see from the green, but really where they shine is their ability to help the body better detox and better detox harmful hormones excess estrogens. Next up are beautiful black berries, natures candy, and I would say like any dark berries in general are really fantastic. For healthy skin from within, very rich in vitamin C, really important in the production of collagen, rich in fiber, so helping to support your got microbiome and elimination. Their beautiful color means they're very rich in anti-inflammatory phytonutrients. Reducing inflammation is so key for healthy skin. Finally, I have lemon. One of the best things you can do for your body or digestive system and your skin, first thing every morning when you wake up is not to start with your coffee or your tea, but to start with a big glass of water. And add some freshly squeezed lemon. Lemons are fantastic source of vitamin C, and they are natural. They are nature's cleansers. So this is just a great way to start your day, wake up your digestive system. A lot of people report when they have lemon and water. First thing in the morning helps them have a bowel movement. This is a great way to start your day, and elimination is so key for healthy skin. One of the ways that you eliminate excess hormones, and of course, waste and toxins and stuff that your body doesn't need, is when you have a bowel movement. So key. So slice a little lemon, squeeze it in some water, start your day that way, and your skin will thank you.
